The steps of making these chocolate muffins were
Step 1 - 1 1/2 cups of self raising flour
Step 2 - 1/2 cup of sugar
Step 3 - 1/2 cup of oil, and 1/2 cup of milk
Step 4 - 1 egg and 1/4 cup of cocoa
Step 5 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Step 6 - Add the chocolate chips
Mix it well, put into muffin trays and bake at 180 degrees Celsius
Once cooked wait until it cools down then add whipped cream if you wish.
